Created to address women’s specific nutritional needs, Balanced Omega combines 500 mg omega-3 fish oil with 76 mg gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) from evening primrose (Oenothera biennis). Evening primrose is a wildflower native to North America, known to contain a high concentration of GLA in its seeds.

We recommend that this formula be taken in conjunction with any Nordic Naturals omega-3 product to reach a therapeutic dose of omega-3 EPA+DHA.
